1. Orders will be processed within 48 hours. You will be informed on-line once it is shipped, and tracking information will usually be updated within 72 hours. Orders are not processed for shipments on weekends or holidays.
2. If the total price is less than $10, the tracking number can’t be monitored because it is not registered. Please don’t open a dispute during the 60-day delivery period. If the total price is more than $10, you can track the package using the tracking number. Thank you for your understanding.
3. If the package does not arrive within 60 days (90 days for South America), we will refund or resend the item. Please don’t open a dispute if the package doesn’t arrive before that time.
For items delivered internationally, you as a buyer may be subject to additional charges for VAT and/or customs duties in your country. For more information about these costs, please contact the customs office in your country.
